Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of Digital Branding Services by Vraj Digital Branding to the client, by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These rules & regulations are for mutually understanding between the company & clients. It is not affected by any law or statutory constitution.

The Terms & Conditions are as follow:

Services:

Company agrees to provide the following Services to Client:

A detailed analysis of Client's current digital branding presence.
Development of a customised digital branding strategy aligned with Client's goals.
Implementation of the agreed-upon digital branding tactics, which may include:
- Social Media Management (SMM)
- Lead Generation
- Branding
- Analytics and Reporting
- Paid Ad
- Graphics
Regular communication with clients regarding campaign performance.

Quotations and Pricing:

You must clear all matters and questions regarding our Service.
The Rates are inclusive of GST.
Company services rates are fixed. Rates are subject to change after the validity period.
Any changes to the scope of work after acceptance of the quotation may incur additional charges.

Payment & Discount:

With 100% advance payment you will get a 7% discount on billing by the company.
With 50% advance payment you will get a 3% discount which will be deducted from your bill while paying the remaining 50% amount of your project and the remaining 50% payment must be clear within 7 days of completion when your work is completed.
If you are unable to clear payment on time, you will not be eligible for any discount.
Late payments may incur interest charges of 5% per month.

Project Timeline:

We will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the project.
We are not liable for delays caused by client’s actions or omissions.
Timely feedback and approval from the client essential to meet the project deadlines.

Revisions and Approval:

Final approval of the work is required before delivery of the final files.
Once the final files are delivered, any further changes will be considered a new service and billed accordingly.

Client Responsibility:

You agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
You warrant that you have the rights to use any content provided to us and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Cooperate with Company in the development and implementation of the digital branding strategy.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to digital branding activities.

Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, you will own the final design files. However, we retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Any preliminary designs, drafts or concepts remain our property and cannot be used without our permission.

Confidentiality:

Both the company and you agree to keep confidential all information disclosed during the service. Confidential information will not be shared with any third party without prior consent.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the project with 14 days written notice.
If you terminate the project, you agree to pay for all completed up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to terminate the project if the client breaches any of these terms.

Liability:

We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Amendments:

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without any prior notice. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
