We will deduct from the refund any hours spent working on your project and any non-refundable fees associated with third-party services.

Prepaid Services: If you have pre-paid for a specific service term (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 1 year), and you cancel your services before the end of the term, we will refund you for any unused portion of the service, minus any completed work and non-refundable fees.
